A new year and a new decade. That has to be big right!? Well we certainly believe so here at A2D (Adapt2Digital).
At the end of 2019 we had a big retrospective session. Looking at what we have achieved and what our customers achieved, we looked at learning, what we had experienced and also what didn’t go so well. The result was this:
The support and development of holistic, competent leadership for a digital age seems to be shifting at a much slower pace to digital transformation. The clarity of what digital age leadership looks like still needs clarity, and the recognition and investment in leaders is nowhere near as big as it should be to balance with the priority and investment we are making in digital transformation in the hope that it will shift our corporate culture as well as deliver better product and service to our customers.
Our mission in 2020 is to bring clarity to this. To unlock the profile of leadership in a digital age - not as a purist, single mindset or quality, but as a holistic and adaptive profile that embraces the moment of NOW and the moments of the FUTURE.
Leadership 2020 Vision is the campaign we are launching to do this. And as part of this year long campaign we are celebrating with an exciting new launch. Our online Leadership 2020 Vision programme. For individual leaders and leadership groups to work through a transformational journey that will see them emerge as role models and leaders, how they are recognised as enablers, empowering others to unlock their potential.

Yes! whilst the programme is self directed and self paced learning - any other leaders who are active on the programme at the same time as you are available to connect with and discuss. We encourage that!
Is there a certificate at the end?
If you would like to obtain a certificate of completion, this is available for an additional cost at the end of the programme.
How long does it take from start to finish?
Everyone learns at a different pace - so it’s really hard to answer this question. However, the average time to complete is around 12 hours.
