We collect information about you when you complete our assessments, place an order for products or services and consume our products or services. We collect information when you voluntarily complete surveys, attend coaching sessions, provide feedback and participate in forums. Website usage information is collected using cookies. Within our assessment suite of products we may ask questions pertaining to age, job title and length of service. The former is not compulsory, but the information in its anonymised state provides us with potentially valuable insights into leadership mindset and behaviour traits across various age groups.

How will we use the information about you?

For the purposes of assessment, mentoring and coaching, training, research & product development:

We collect information about you to identify you with your results to share with a digital age leadership mentor-coach to prepare and support your debrief sessions, workshops and/or mentoring programme. We also collect information about you to identify you should there be any technical issues that need to be solved to ensure your smooth experience through the assessment/debrief and mentor-coaching process.

Information about you is stored and held on third party servers (AWS/Azure) owned and managed by our trusted partners who all have demonstrated compliance with GDPR.

You have the right to ask us to disclose and/or delete your personal data and any personal identifiable information at any time. Please email us. We will endeavour to do this within 1 week of confirmation of your email.

For the purposes of online ordering of products and services:

We collect information about you to process your online orders, manage your account and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services you think may be of interest to you. We may use your information collected from the website to personalise repeat visits to our website.

We will not pass on your information to third party organisations for marketing purposes outside Adapt2Digital.
