A series of online sessions where Mel takes you through the model and tools that give you everything to get started and seeing results professionally and personally fast. Something that leaders value hugely as part of this option is that you can upload your completed reflections, exercises and tools for review and recommendation by one of our qualified mentors in Digital Leadership 2.0.

The Profiling tool enabled me to complete a self-assessment across a number of mindsets and behaviours. This enabled me to identify areas for conscious development and those I could role model. Over 9 weeks you’ll be guided through a series of daily sessions (no longer than 20 minutes a day) to develop your Digital Leadership 2.0 identity. This is great if you are used to online learning and also like learning on your own. The daily sessions are designed to guide you through designing and building the practices and habits of effective leadership in the era of AI. Prioritising 20 minutes each day to your leadership growth and your life fulfilment.

Mentoring

Got big ambitions and goals? This might be the best option for you. Working 121 with your mentor Mel, you’ll be taken on a personal journey to develop into your version of a Digital Leader 2.0, You will discover, design and focus on achieving your goals in business and life. Intense but hugely rewarding. The first three months we meet fortnightly, dropping to a monthly session for a further 6 - 9 months. This program also includes Mentoring Minutes where you can access and work with Mel in the moment of need.

Mastermind Group

If challenge is your fuel for change, then this option will be great for you. Working with other senior leaders and entrepreneurs in small groups over a 12 month period. This is high on accountability. The year consists of a mixture of theory sessions, reflective sessions and action learning sessions. These groups are limited to 8 members to ensure everyone’s Digital Leadership 2.0 journey has the focus and support it needs to succeed and thrive.

3-Day LIVE Intensive

Kept to small groups for space and time to reflect, think and discuss. This is a favourite option for leaders and entrepreneurs who want to dedicate time to learning the theory before getting into the process. But this doesn’t stop at theory. This 3-day interactive is perfect if you are leading transformation or wanting to professionalise/scale your business with the addition of a sounding board from others as well as learning from different perspectives. These three sessions are delivered as masterclasses, each accompanied by a set of tools for immediate action. What’s also valuable about this option is that each participant gains access to The Dilyn Way™ profiling tool ahead of Session 1, with a 90 minute 121 debrief mentoring session with Mel after Session 3 to craft and finalise your transformation path for success in the era of AI.

  • Learn how to use the Digital Leadership 2.0 profiling tool with your customers.

  • Learn the framework, approach and tools to help your customers transform into competent digital leaders 2.0.

  • Once you qualify, you will join our community of practice, meeting every week to learn, share and support. As well as this each mentor receives a supervisory session every two months.
