During this masterclass you will be introduced to the foundations of Digital Leadership 2.0. These Foundations are supported by a single model called the FOILS model. This Model will challenge your thinking, expanding your horizons and help you to reconnect and clarify your uniqueness and strengths as you begin your transformational journey towards Digital Leadership 2.0.

Senior leaders especially those in complex systems like public services and highly regulated sectors, are grappling with an unprecedented convergence of challenges. This backdrop challenges our ability to remain hopeful of a brighter, better future—which is the role of a leader today. Research indicates that 70% of transformation programs in public sector organisations fail due to a lack of effective leadership and strategic direction (McKinsey, 2023). Moreover, 68% of leaders in the public sector cite digital transformation as a significant challenge, yet only 22% feel they have the necessary skills to lead it effectively (Deloitte, 2022). The Forward Lens: First we’ll explore your Forward Lens. This is your ability to read the future and bring the future into your current practice and leadership to succeed.

The Ourward Lens: This lens will challenge your thinking when it comes to connection and diverity. We’ll explore your relationship and your level of diversity with people and with technology.

The Inward Lens: The third lens is the all important journey inside ourselves. Looking at who we are in terms of values, positivity and energy. We’ll look at the basic elements required to have the courage and strength to succeed in business and life regardless of what’s going on around us, or what level of change is happening.

Finally, the ‘S’ in the FOILS model brings us to the all important piece, shifting intention into action, knowledge into practice. This is where you are introduced to the key transformational approach of Digital Leadership 2.0 and it’s accompanying framework; The Dilyn Way. Learning about ‘S’ will completely change your leadership and your life.

About the Masterclass

The Masterclass is accessed via a set of video recordings. Each video is small enough to be consumed on average in less than 10 minutes. So, you can either make this masterclass part of a daily practice or you can complete it in one day.

The Masterclass is split into sessions that cover the WHAT of your digital leadership foundations, then moving onto the HOW. This is where you will be introduced to various tools and exercises to help you establish you start point for the transformational journey of Digital Leadership 2.0.

The sessions are accessed via a unique link that is provided to you. This link gives you access to our Digital Leadership 2.0 community.

As part of this masterclass you have the ability to submit any of your exercises or materials for review by a qualified Digital Leadership 2.0 mentor who will review and provide you with feedback to support and accelerate your progress.

As the course is online, it is Asynchronous which means you can start the course whenever you are ready, and complete the course at your own pace. Once you have completed the course you will receive a digital certificate showing you have successfully completed your Foundations for Digital leadership 2.0. Should you wish to continue your journey you will receive a digital voucher which can be redeemed against your next purchase on the journey towards becoming a digital laader 2.0 in the era of AI.
