Module 3 - Introduction to Modern Mindset Theory 

  • Bringing together module's 1 and 2 - what is the modern mindset required in business and leadership today? 

  • An in-depth look at the 7 Dimensions of a Modern Mindset. 

Module 4 - Human and Humanity centred change 

  • Discover the 3 tenets of transformation and change every practitioner should understand. 

  • Overview of the framework and approach for Humanising Transformation. 

Module 5 - Core techniques for Application 

  • Focus on you - what can you do to increase your effectiveness as a practitioner and leader? 
    Focus on Design - what should you be considering as part of your strategy and design around change? 

  • Focus on Leadership - what are some of the core fundamentals you can bring into your change and transformation to support more active and participatory leadership? 

Module 6 – The human enablers of change

Module 7 – Focus on your role at the centre of change 

  • Application and action learning:

Module 8 – Mapping your journey 

  • Focussing heavily on your work with your mentor: 

  • Start to transition theory into practice – experimentation with modern mindset techniques. 

  • Build your Quantum GYMTM personalised program with the support of your mentor. 

  • Module 9 – Humanity Centred Transformation 

  • Deep dive into the framework to integrate humanity centred transformation into strategy, design and delivery. 

  • Discover techniques such as MAYA and Relational Energy to power human change. 

Module 10 – Advanced application techniques 

  • Experience the tools and techniques that keep you motivated and sustain your evolution as a modern mindset practitioner and leader. 

  • Using tools such as Growth Maps, reflective practice and retrospective performance measures. 

  • Discuss and reflect on how the techniques apply and add value to your project, program, system, sector. 

Module 11 – Application Implementation 

  • Be guided through deciding on your chosen Application Implementation project. 

  • This can be a live project you are working on, a potential project you are working on or focussed on your own developmental practice.  

  • A project can also be worked on together with another member of the cohort. 

The world of the modern practitioner and leader is constantly evolving. Our promise to ensure we deliver the most relevant content to our participants. As a result, some of our content may change slightly from time to time to address these shifts. 

All our programs are a mixture of group facilitated sessions, reflection, discussion and action learning*. All programs include a recommended reading list and include relevant case studies and examples often drawn from your facilitators personal experience. As part of every program, participants are provided access to the Leadin 4-D community platform where additional activities, content and training can be accessed as well as networking with other leaders and practitioners from around the world. 

*There is no action learning included as part of the Foundation Certification Program.
